Elena keeps the shop in a list.

Justdoitelena Ltd is a Woolwich retailer that does not keep a store, a stall or a market pitch. The registered desk is Flat 93, Duncombe House, 15 Victory Parade. Goods move by parcel, private sale and any other route that is not a floor you can wander.

01 — The name

It is a first name with instructions attached.

The company was incorporated on 27 July 2020. The legal name is Justdoitelena Ltd. We do not pretend it is a stadium slogan, and we do not pretend it is a silent holding vehicle. It is a retailer named for the person who has to actually do the work: find the line, confirm the size, pack the box, send the note.

Our filed activity is other retail sale not in stores, stalls or markets. In ordinary English: if you need a browsing aisle, we are the wrong door. If you already know what you want, or you can describe it well enough for a list, write to info@justdoitelena.online.

Victory Parade sits on the old Royal Arsenal ground in Woolwich. The river is close. The shop is not. We like it that way. A floor costs rent and teaches the wrong habit: that goods exist to be handled by strangers until someone feels like buying. We would rather the handling happen once, on purpose, for a named order.

02 — Method

Tick the work. Skip the floor.

This is how a non-store sale actually happens from Duncombe House. Open items stay on the list until they are honest. You can tick them here as a reminder. The real ticks happen in the packing.

  1. Write it down

SKU if you have one. Brand, size, colour, quantity, and the date you need it. “Something like last time” only works if last time is in the file.

  2. Find the line

We source against the note, not against a window display. If it cannot be obtained without opening a stall, we say no. The activity we filed does not include a pitch.

  3. Confirm the money

Price, postage, and whether the piece is firm or still being chased. We do not hold a maybe in a back room you cannot see. There is no back room of that kind.

  4. Pack from SE18

Woolwich is where the desk is. Collection is by arrangement only. Most orders leave as parcels. Write first. Do not assume a buzzer means a shop.

  5. Send the proof

A dispatch note goes to the same address you used: info@justdoitelena.online on our side. If it did not leave, we will not write that it did.

03 — What the list holds

Categories without a department store.

We are not a specialist boutique with a single fetish object. We are a non-store retailer. The lines change with what can be obtained and what Woolwich can honestly pack. Filter the pins.

Kitchen shelf with household goods

House

Kitchen and cupboard restocks that do not deserve a West End errand. Named brands when you specify them. No “lifestyle pantry” theatre.

Folded garments ready to pack

Wear

Clothing and small personal goods when the size is written. We are not a fitting room. If you need to try it under a light, say so before we chase the line.

Desk with notebooks and a working list

Desk kit

Stationery, small electronics accessories, the boring useful objects that disappear from a drawer. Useful is a category. Viral is not.

Wrapped seasonal gifts

Season

Gifts and weather kit when the calendar is real. December is a logistics month. Write in November. Woolwich does not invent extra days.

Simple interior goods

Room goods

Small furniture and home objects that can travel without a two-man theatrical delivery. If it needs a crane, it is not on this list.

Personal care bottles

Personal

Toiletries and personal care when you already know the bottle. We will not diagnose skin. We will find a named product if it can be bought without a stall.

04 — Board

Wanted. Packed. Gone.

A non-store merchant lives on a board, not on a rail. Click a job to move it along. This is a demonstration of how the desk thinks. Your real order lives in mail.

05 — Woolwich

Victory Parade is an address, not a storefront.

Duncombe House stands on Victory Parade, SE18 6FZ, on the Royal Arsenal side of Woolwich. The Thames is a short walk. The DLR and the Elizabeth line made this peninsula easier to reach. None of that turns Flat 93 into a shop. The registered office is where the company lives on paper and where packing can happen by appointment.

If you arrive unannounced you will find a residential building. That is not rudeness. That is the activity we filed, said in bricks. Other retail sale not in stores, stalls or markets means the public does not get a browse. Write. Wait for a time. Bring the note.

Greenwich, Charlton, Plumstead, Thamesmead and the rest of the river east still understand a desk that sends things. We will post further. Distance is postage, not a personality.

  1. Mail

Start at info@justdoitelena.online. Put the postcode you want the parcel to die in, not the one you wish you had.

  2. Time

Collection slots are short and rare. Most clients never need one. Parcels are the default because the activity we filed is not a walk-in.

  3. River

Woolwich is east London with a military ground underneath the new flats. We will not sell you a fake arsenal souvenir. We will sell you the thing on the list.

Notebook and coffee on a working desk
The desk stays in SE18. The parcel does not have to.

06 — Notes from Victory Parade

Things the desk wrote down so it would not say them twice.

Six years of no floor

The company is six this week. We still have not opened a stall. That is not a failure of ambition. It is the work we registered to do.

A list is a kindness

Clients who send a photograph of a label get the right bottle. Clients who send “the nice one” get a question back. Elena would rather ask than pack a guess.

December is postage

Carriers clog. Royal Mail still has a last posting date that is not the 23rd in your head. If the party is the 20th, the note is due in November.

School week is a real season

Shoes, kit, labels, the dull objects. We will chase them. We will not romanticise them. Woolwich parents already know the week is logistics.

Returns need the packing note

If it is unopened and still the thing we sent, we will talk. If it has lived in a bathroom for a month, it is not a retail problem. It is a used bottle.

The buzzer is not a till

Duncombe House has an intercom because people live here. It is not a customer service bell. Mail first. Always.

07 — Before you write

Questions the desk already answered.

Only if we have already given you a time. Flat 93 is a registered office in a residential building. Unannounced visits are not a shopping trip. Write to info@justdoitelena.online.

The company sells by other non-store means: mail, private note, arranged parcel. A basket on a template is not required for the activity we filed. The desk is the till.

Wear is one pin on the list, not the whole company. We also move household, desk kit and seasonal lines. If you need a lookbook and a fitting, there are other houses.

The object, the size or specification, the postcode it must reach, and the date it must arrive. Send it to info@justdoitelena.online.

08 — Desk

Do the note. Elena will do the rest that is actually ours.

Replies leave from info@justdoitelena.online. If you write a novel without a specification, you will get a short question back.
